Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 15 days of purchase.
Only faulty or incorrectly sent items are eligible for return or exchange.
A written request stating the valid reason for return or exchange must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Custom, oversized, or hazardous items cannot be returned.
Used items will not be accepted as returns or exchanges.
Items with stains, odors, perfume scents, marks, damages, or water stains will not be accepted for return or exchange.
